So, we are back from our Summer Vacation Tour. I say "tour" because we spent time in Las Vegas, Salt Lake, and Rexburg, Idaho. Unfortunately our camera battery died before we even left Las Vegas, so we have no pictures of our adventures in Utah and Idaho.

Oh yeah, and most of these pictures are of Maci and Tyler.

These are our friends we visited in Las Vegas. Many of you have heard of them, but maybe didn't believe that they really existed. Well, here they are....except for Scott. But you can see him and Joey in the picture above doing what they do best......NOTHING at all!!!

This picture is probably a month old by now. But I can't believe how fast time has flown by. Bryce is now 6 months old!!!! Where has the time gone?

The other day Joey was upset because Maci told him that he wasn't as cool as all of her other friends dads. He tried every trick in the book to convince her otherwise.

A couple of weeks ago Maci was playing with straws (yep it was great, they entertained her for hours). At one point during her play she called me over to see what she had done.....and this was it.

Last weekend was a terrible weekend for Bryce

It started out with a trip to the doctors office Friday afternoon. Basically, he was poked and prodded all over his poor little body, had blood drawn twice, and a catheter among other things. To make a long story short he ended up in the emergency room Friday night with a fever of 104.5 degrees. He didn't end up kicking the fever until Monday afternoon. Despite how sick Bryce was I am pretty sure it was harder on Joey and I to see him like this. One day I was trying every trick I could think of to bring his fever down like a lukewarm bath and even a cold wash cloth on his forehead. He screamed in the bath....I guess it was too cold, but he really seemed to like having the washcloth on his forehead.
