This was our first Christmas since we have been married that we were at home. And Joey and I both agree it was nice and relaxing.

Maci loves all of the presents she got from Santa, Grandma's, and Mom and Dad. Unfortunately, our camera batteries died first thing Christmas morning and so we didn't get pictures of her with all of them. Let's just say that she doesn't go anywhere around the house without wearing her pink Sleeping Beauty dress up skirt and fluffy pink heels while bouncing on her Dora Hop-A-Roo. She has the hop-a-roo mastered now and is getting pretty daring on it. She has also been thrown from it a few times into walls, the couch, and barely missed the corner on our t.v. stand.

As you can tell by the smile on his face.....the first week of life has been pretty good for baby Bryce (for Mom, Dad, and Maci too)!!!!!

Maci is already practicing her babysitting skills. As you can see he is peacefully sleeping despite Maci's attempts to play with him. She is very protective of him. When we brought him home from the hospital yesterday and were attempting to cut off his hospital bracelets she started screaming and crying like you wouldn't believe because she thought we were trying to cut him. To us it was cute, but to Maci it was very tramatic.

We are home from the hospital now and Maci loves helping out with Bryce. She even tries to help him take a nap in this picture. A few hours after being home today he peed on his head while trying to change his diaper. Oh yeah....he squirted poop all over his blanket too! Other than that everything is going great. He is eating well and sleeping even better. Hopefully that continues through the night though.

Bryce was born at 5:20 pm CST on Friday December 15th, 2006. He weighed in at 7 pounds thirteen ounces.

We went in at 7am to start things off (Steph was induced). At about 5pm Steph started pushing and 20 minutes later out popped Bryce.

Both baby amd Mom are doing well. More to come tomorrow....

Maci's 3rd Birthday party was just like Maci.........crazy, but tons of fun!!!

Unfortunately, with 15 princesses and pirates running around I totally forgot to take pictures. I took a few before the party started of the tables where they decorated treasure boxes. Then, I remembered at the very end when they were having cake and ice cream.

To me the party was pure chaos, but evidently it was a huge success to the kids because several parents have told me that their children talked about it the next day.

Also, since I am a very vain person, and since my wife takes all the pictures, we have decided that every posting will have a picture of me.

We are about to do this all over again. We are about to do this all over again. So, I thought it would be prudent to change the site and make it easier for Steph to update it herself. I have received many hateful emails and voicemails from people who are angry with me for not updating the site.

This new site will allow me to spread the blame around to Steph.

If all goes as planned, our new male addition will arrive on Friday. We have not yet decided on a name but I am leaning towards Chewy or Bubba.
